Map zones breaking?

Not sure what is exactly happening, but some maps (such as surf_oma, surf_presmon, and surf_globalchaos) I think are just unloading the map zones? Players will just be sent to a random off map location and you cant type !r because all the zones are gone. Sorry for the lack of information on this, but I thought this should be known to staff.

It's a weird issue I've known about for a while but haven't had the time to look into. I'm not sure what causes it and if it's only on some maps or just something that happens randomly on any map. When I have some free time I'll try to look into it, but my todo list's also pretty big right now unfortunately.
