Previous experience: I was Admin on InfinityZone when the cummunity compet was out, but i left PC to go to ps4 so left the server as been admin.
Why I would make a good addition to the team: I would make a good member of the staff team as i am commited to something i like doing IE making the community a better place and be able to help players when they need it. I am also a good asset as i am on the server every day for atleast 2 hours +.
How often do you visit our forums?: I visit the forums when ever i need staff and like to keep upto date on the posts IE new staff members and such but if i get accepted i will be on the forums all day waiting for someone who needs my assistance.

How often do you play on our servers?: I play on the servers everyday unless im either ill or working but 9/10 it's everyday and if i arnt online im always willing to hop online and give me assistance to people who need it

You were declined half a month ago, I think you should probably wait a bit longer before you re-apply. If what you say is true, just keep up your good behaviour and re-apply in a month or two so we can be sure you've changed for the better.
