Hey i got banned a few weeks ago on this server for "No Recoil Detected" i dont have no recoil and i had no idea this is even a hack for cod4. This is a bug i would guess. I did not get the game from steam, so maybe its because im cracked???

It's not a bug, this is indeed the reason. You share a cd key with someone who cheated and got banned (pretty common, especially if you're using the nosteam crack). You'll have to either buy the game or get a different cracked key.
