Has no xp for activating, also has a bug where this happens after the bombs have dropped and you try to go into ghostrun, only going into spectate then back to in-game fixes it.

Both issues should be fixed next time the map comes on. Thank you for taking the time to report this, it helps get things like this fixed quicker.
